Nanda de Knegt is a neuropsychologist and works as Science Coordinator at Prinsenstichting. She is a core team member of PainCare Unlimited.
In 2015, she earned her PhD with the dissertation: "The Down Side of Pain: Pain Assessment and Experience in Adults with Down Syndrome and the Relationship with Cognition." Since then, she has continued to focus on the topic of "pain in people with intellectual disabilities," authoring articles on this subject both independently and collaboratively.

Leendert Sneep is a physiotherapist and member of the pain team at Ipse de Bruggen. Through this pain team, he contributed to the development of the guideline on pain in adults with intellectual disabilities. Leendert provides training on pain for caregivers and therapists. Additionally, he is a member of PainCare Unlimited, which is dedicated to gathering knowledge about pain, making this collective knowledge easily accessible, and developing practical tools to address challenges in pain detection, diagnosis, and treatment.
